Built to your case
We confirm the procedure, levels and approach before the list, then build your kit to the planned construct, with the sizes and alternatives you may need.

When the case is open and the plan changes, we’re already there.
The Vertevance standard
Reliable cases are won in the preparation. We plan the kit with you, support the list with a specialist who knows it, and close every case with a complete record.

We confirm the procedure, levels and approach before the list, then build your kit to the planned construct, with the sizes and alternatives you may need.
The same trained people support the same lists. Your specialist knows the system, your preferences and what’s on the trolley, and stays within a credentialed, technical role.
Implants are logged by batch, instruments by serial, and replacement stock is actioned before your next list.

Spine, cranial and maxillofacial work share one discipline: precision under pressure. It’s our whole focus, not an add-on.

Each construct is built to the confirmed levels and approach, with the sizes and alternatives you may need in theatre. It’s staged, checked and traceable before the list starts.

We confirm the procedure, levels, surgeon preference and hospital requirements before anything is booked.
We build the kit to the confirmed construct, check it against the pick list and stage it early enough to fix any shortfall.
Theatre, CSSD and the surgical team agree timing, sterilisation turnaround and who owns each task on the day.

Batch, case and site are recorded the same day, so every implant can be traced without a search.

Cranial and facial implants designed from one patient’s CT scan, in PEEK, PEEK + BCP, UHMWPE or titanium.
Each implant is designed from the patient’s own CT data and signed off by the surgeon before it’s made. Production and dispatch usually take two to three days after sign-off, and we check the implant against the approved plan before it’s released for theatre.
The hospital acquires the CT scan to protocol. We check the data is usable.
We coordinate the design. The surgeon reviews and approves it.
Double Medical manufactures to the approved plan. We verify it on arrival.
We support the case and record the implant against the patient’s file.

We do a few things and do them properly. One person’s name is on every case, and we stay small enough to know each hospital we serve.
