Support model

One standard, from booking to follow-through

The same five stages run underneath every case, whichever pathway it belongs to and whichever hospital it is booked at.

Five stages, every case

The same sequence for every pathway and every hospital.

  1. 01
    Before booking

    Clarify

We confirm the procedure, levels, surgeon preference and hospital requirements before anything is booked.

  2. 02
    Before the list

    Prepare

We build the kit to the confirmed construct, check it against the pick list and stage it early enough to fix any shortfall.

  3. 03
    Before the day

    Coordinate

Theatre, CSSD and the surgical team agree timing, sterilisation turnaround and who owns each task on the day.

  4. 04
    In theatre

    Support

A trained specialist supports the product in theatre, within a clearly defined technical role.

  5. 05
    Same day

    Close

Batch, case and site are recorded the same day, so every implant can be traced without a search.

The rep in theatre, and the line we hold

Technical presence has limits. These are ours, held without exception.

A surgical team at work during a procedure
In theatrePresent when asked, precise when it matters.
  1. Invited

    By invitation, never by default

A representative attends a named case because the surgeon or theatre asked. It’s never a standing arrangement or a sales visit.

  2. Credentialed

    Credentialed before the door

Induction, theatre etiquette and product credentialing are current before anyone is on the floor, and can be produced on request.

  3. Technical

    Technical, not clinical

Support covers the product and the instrumentation that carries it. Every clinical decision, from patient selection to technique, remains the surgeon's alone.

  4. Documented

    On the record afterwards

Attendance, batch numbers and any note arising from the case are logged the same day, every time, without exception.

CSSD and institutional coordination

Reusable instrument sets pass between two teams. Here is who holds them at each step, and where they change hands.
